The Mental in the Mediumship Workshop

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 2 SESSION EVENT ON THE FOLLOWING DATES: * Tuesday 24th March: 7 - 9.30pm UK time * Tuesday 31st March: 7 - 9pm UK time YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND BOTH DATES Are you just starting your journey as a psychic or a medium? Or are you already on the journey but are looking for knowledge about how mediumship works? How important is the mind in this work and what effect our mental health has on this work. Well in this interactive workshop you should find answers to those questions.  Just so you have an idea of what we will cover, please see the contents below: * The importance of the mind - We talk about the role which the mind plays in mediumship. * Our mood and mental state - We discuss and identify both internal and external things which can affect our mental state, in turn affecting our mediumship. * Raise that vibe - What does it mean to raise the vibe and how do we do that? * Fear and nerves - What role do these two things play and how do they affect us in our mediumship. Can we get over them? * Clearing the mind - How can we clear our minds so it's in the best state for mediumship Note: This workshop does not involve reading for each other, but there are other activities in order to understand the subject. Zoom Video The workshop will be done via zoom video, therefore you must make sure you have access to Zoom and are familiar with how it works. This is an interactive workshop and therefore you must have a working microphone and camera.  The workbook will be sent via email 7 days before the event starts. Note: The workshop will not be recorded and therefore you must be present for the entire duration of the workshop.
